First my mother and I noticed that Autumn would break down and bawl at the slightest mention of anything she associated with the visit ending. It was extremely disturbing to both of  us. I have been watching this kind of behavior from Autumn for at least three months- but my mother has only been to the last four visits. Next when I went to change her diaper and I took it off she literally broke down in a nervous breakdown just shaking and bawling. My mother asked her several times what was wrong. I just held her and rocked her and it took a long time for her to quiet down. My mothers exact words after the visit was that it is obvious that she has been abused and is associating having her diaper changed with the abuse. It was horrid. I have had a bad stomach ache the last two days because of what I am seeing what cps is doing to my little girl.  Oh and there was a note from the foster parents in hand writing stating that Autumn like the little stuffed animal I gave her. I don't like to impute wrong motives to others- however it is all so sickening to me how my daughter has been abused under their care- who are they trying to fool? Autumn looked up at me and gazed into my eyes as if to say please please Ma Ma get me out of here - why can't I come home? My mother is writing a handwritten note of the visit which I will put into a sworn declaration of fact of what is being done to my little girl. Pass this letter to others- I want everyone to know what is being done to little children so that cps and others can have a pay check. It makes me so sick and the pain is so intense I have to go home and sleep and pray to God to help my daughter little Autumn Joy August.  Thank you for all your help and I will e-mail you tomorrow the medical records from the Hospital which I retrieved a few days back. In response to this fraud we contacted the Department Area Administrator Anita Teeter who internally investigated and found this to be "Unsubstantiated." Fraud is their protocol to traffic children out to "Foster Hell." No secret to anybody why is this condoned.  Subsequently we asked Area DSHS Administrator Anita Teeter why another parent was terminated based on the testimony of a case worker now charged with child molestation. This didn't bother her a 14 year veteran of DCFS in the least and when I inquired if she had knowledge of Aberdeen Washington's former Area Administrator Gary Anderson's conviction of sex with a minor (Nine year old girl.) she claimed to not have heard it.
