Armstead reported that while everyone, petitioner DHS and informed Judge appeared "upset" justice was served inasmuch
as DHS case workers did not get their way having petitioned the court arrest Sharyce Armstead if she did not produce her
16 year old son, missing as a result of DHS social worker supervisor Lynette Davis' case management mistakes. The fair
judge ordered DHS to invoke a visitation plan for the chronically ill 6 year old whom DHS made false statements to remove
with the assistance of Philadelphia Police Officers absent any accountability for the child's health, medications, whether
he was exposed to allergens and whether he was being treated properly for sickle cell or chronic asthma. According to Sharyce
Armsead, the fair judge also told DHS case workers to close the dependency case on Shania Pitt's 4 year old daughter with
Sharyce Armstead. Ms. Armstead said the fair judge continued the hearing to July 10, 2013 and warned her to have attorney

Undersigned respectfully requests a continuance so that we may present evidence and witnesses to this Court which prove
our children are suffering injuries and our civil rights to due process of law have been consistently violated by several
perjurious acts of petitioner agency's employees and the non-responsive professional misconduct of court appointed lawyer
for defendant, Sharon K. Wallis.
We respectfully pray that Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas grant relief as follows:
(1) undersigned father be joined as an affected party whose rights to children's protective services funding have been

vs 9:30 a.m.), Ms. Wallis has refused to render responsive competent legal representation services on behalf of client, Sharyce
Armstead.
In the alternative, we pray Honorable Irvine appoint a lawyer for mother and father who may be responsive to defendant
and at least object to petitioner DHS' blatant mismanagement of our children's dependency such that ongoing and worsening
personal injury and disability is suffered by our family.
(4) Petitioner DHS has not only denied our family federal funded children's protective services, but have increasingly
worsened their threat of false arrest and unlawful imprisonment of the mother and/or father every time we simply ask questions
which pertain to the health, safety and whereabouts of our children.
We, As Parents, Should Not Be Threatened By City Of Philadelphia DHS With Unlawful Imprisonment
For Not Producing Our 16 Year Old Son Who DHS Employees' Mistakes Caused To Be Missing, His Whereabouts Unknown To Us.

was married to an attorney and she was given blatent divorce favors by the "officers" and judges she personally

how a domestic relations officer can give an attorney a zero earning capacity whom she had worked with. And how can
a Bucks County judge here a bucks county attorney with 20 years experience testify that she was only a "paralegal
who made $10/hr for 10 hrs/week" and ignore her billing statements?? And how can bucks county judge Clyde Waite
and Judge Goldberg and judge Scott and judge fritsch and judge rubenstein and judge Finely and judge Bateman and judge
Gibbons and Judge McMaster cover up the divorce favors given to their fellow officers of the court aka my ex. Every one
of those judges heard a part of my case and I've been threatened, lied to, tricked, coersed, mislead and delayed for
6 years by mis-filing and losing my motions, 17 continuances granted, court dates set without any notices, granting next
day court hearings for the ex, allowing personal phone calls to myself and having hearings/orders issued without ANY

of system failure. I left in 2002 from a husband who had a documented of Assault and Battery. They gave him temp custody
& temp suspended my visitation except to write monitored letters to my son. My ex left the state when our son was
8 in 2004. He then has kept moving around hiding our son. He even moved overseas for 3 years to Bolivia. where I thought
they still were. Our son, now age 17, finds me via facebook. Discloses he is back in the USA and his location. He disclosed
9 years of abuse and says his dad is keeping him from having a relationship with me. Even breaking his arm for trying
to reach out to my side of the family previously. I am in Oklahoma, the state with jurisdiction, but who has failed to
protect my son and me. I notified the state my son is currently in, and the police did a child welfare check. Told me
my son was fine and sent him back to his dad and so did CPS. My son said he told them his dad was hurting him and he wanted
to go be withhis mom. Then the police told me they could no longer talk to me. His father has "Legally Parentally
abducted our son". My son is afraid of him and officials keep placing him back. HIs dad is fixing to leave back to
Bolivia on Aug 6th. And my son said his dad did not enroll him in school. Telling him he didn't need to worry about
attending school because he wouldn't be alive to go. Also he has told him, he will never ever have a relationship with
me, He won't live to see 18. He will make him disappear. My son is concerned his father is planning on killing him.
yet, everyone keeps putting him back with him. I currently can't find legal representation to take my badly mishandled
case. Yet, I can't get help for him because his dad has custody though it was only suposed to be temporary. My son is
wanting away, yet if he runs away, I will be arrested for child abduction if he comes to me. I can't send him money
to get to a safe place, that is helping him run away. THE LAWS ARE MESSED UP! STOP HURTING OUR CHILDREN AND THE FAMILIES!
My son is currently waiting to be rescued. This is a current situation! and I was a victim of assault and battery, yet
the judge, parenting coordinator, DHS/CPS all recommended the father have the child? WHY ARE THEY HURTING OUR KIDS? The
system has allowed this man to continue his rein of abuse and control and harm on us. STOP! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! YOU'RE

This is my theory: 1) Child Protective Services is being used as a "tool" of the
government to keep "INVESTORS" money growing. 2) Privatized Companies like UHS, a Fortune 500, owns/operates
Residential Facilities & Group Homes where kids are abused, (physically/sexually) and murdered as well. 3) CPS is
NOT THERE because if they were on-site they would have to report these abuses and that would shut down the facilities
and the INVESTORS would not be happy. The stocks would go down. 4) So, CPS is off-site and has a quota to meet. To keep
their federal funding they must meet this quota and get bonuses for it... taking kids out of the home. 5) The kids are
then placed inside of Group Homes & Residential Facilities where if they are murdered it goes unreported if they are
"Wards of the State" made official by CPS and Family Courts who of course have judges involved in the "Kids
for Cash" scheme. 6) Georgia Senator Nancy Schaeffer knew all this and told everyone... before she was involved in
a shady murder-suicide between her and her husband. 7) There's a reason we know what works for Mentally Ill & Autistic
Kids, yet in most schools around the country it has not been implemented... why? 8) There are often no beds available
for Desperate Parents of Mentally Ill & Autistic Kids... why? 9) The Judge Rotenberg Center, among other facilities
that torture children in the name of therapy employ nearly a thousand people in their states and if they were to be shut
down then people would be out of work. 10) And, of course, the "INVESTORS" (a lot of Insiders on Wall Street
as well as Congress & The Senate) would lose money. *THINK HARD*
