Roxanne Grinage will listen to the document production requests of a claimant who indicates they do not have the assistance of qualified attorney representation and perform these mandatory administrative steps to determine whether there are County, State Court and U.S. District Court pro se form options for complying with courts rules policies and procedures of litigants who wish to file into courts of record self presenting in accordance with their U.S. and states' constitutional right to petition courts for redress of grievances in their own right, on their own behalf and as next friend of loved ones and natural heirs.

Step 1.  Roxanne Grinage will perform a Legal Assistant claims intake interview.

Step 2.  Roxanne Grinage will record audio and handwritten notes to review, transcribe and become the first item "Claims Presentation" entered as memo to file or client matter status report in HireLyrics Client matter file created to begin documentation research correspondence draft pleadings, finalized pleadings, motions, petitions, responses, answers, discovery, interrogatories, depositions, expert witness reports, etc.

Step 3.  Roxanne Grinage will organize the case history paperwork required to verify if claimant's claims are true into a hard paper file reflected by electronic data files.

Step 4.   Roxanne Grinage performs document review, including expert witness reports, claimant's witness testimony will perform interviews of the claimant's witnesses with their approval. 

Step 5.   Then Roxanne Grinage researches State statutes, federal funded agency guidelines regulations policies and procedures (Children's Protective Services); the court's local rules and if any, the justices individual chamber rules as well as press releases, amendments to rules and general orders appearing at the court's official website.  This done as necessary responsible administrative step to determine legal malpractice, perjury, official corruption, fraud or civil rights violations have in fact caused the personal injury and illegal transport of kidnap for profit family member(s) or self that the claimant has presented to HireLyrics Administrative.

Step 5.  Roxanne Grinage researches the various government official websites to learn agendas reporting requirements of public integrity commissions; U.S. Senate Committees, state legislators' proposed and sponsored legislation; lawsuit, investigation, audit, indictment and judgment actions taken by qualified law firms and criminal justice professionals regarding the similar claims in the U.S. and/or the state claimant presents claims of legal malpractice perjury caused personal injury.

Step 6.  Roxanne Grinage reports by discussing with the claimant exactly what administrative support or document production services she can render to the client and provide responsive follow up, support added forms preparation assistance and document production within the 90 days calendar retainer period depending upon the operating costs to administrate the claimants HireLyrics Client account are paid on time within the terms of this Retainer Agreement.

Step 7 and onward...       Depending on claimant's ability to utilize Roxanne Grinage's secretarial support competitively, Roxanne Grinage will prepare documents that are compliant with the court the claimant wishes to enter their statements and evidence into the record.

Step 8 and onward....Depending on the Claimant's preference Roxanne Grinage will include the claimant's verified claims data in various due diligence reports made by Roxanne Grinage to those State and Federal litigators, special prosecutors, legislators (as funding decision makers), authentic Journalists, Film makers of Documentaries and Educational Materials always reported in the context of similarly situated claims whose crime victims missing U.S. economy career contributions impact whether Americans will innovate bipartisan government reform, save our education, economy, careers and public safety.
