Diane Kearney has at least two foster children that I know
about, two small twin boys/burn abuse victims. Diane Kearney and her daughter Saundra Sullivan, Saundra Sullivan's son and
Saundra Sullivan's sister and some of Saundra Sullivan's adult daughter, Laquita's friends are witnessed to be manhandling,
hitting and inflicting verbal violence on Ezekiel and Arriyel. Our evidence of the "get high" gatherings where
as many of 10 to 12 people sit in the presence of Diane Kearney's foster children and my grand children is made available
to USDOJ and has been ignored by Anne Marie Ambrose/DHS on October 8, 2009, October 14, 2009, December 13, 2010 (18 page
email and 35 minute DHS Child Abuse Hotline recorded conversation), December 18, 2009, and March 10, 2009 to present.
Also reported to you, Anne Marie Ambrose, for the fifth time is Erick Brown's
and Saundra Sullivan's abuse of my grand children, Lorraine Grinage's children. We have gathered witness statements
of their attack on our family 06/08/2010 because they were angry that Family Court Judge Dougherty granted a Rule To Show
Cause hearing that will consider the facts in this custody case for possible modification. Consideration of
the facts in this custody and child welfare matter are likely to result in Ezekiel and Arriyel being returned to the only
home they ever knew until Erick Brown decided to move in with a woman he met while illegally repairing cars on the street
and knew less than 30 days all because our family insisted he stop binging on alcohol and drugs.

Ambrose, DHS is notified officially here again that our film taken and our witnesses when we lawfully served Judge Dougherty's
Order June 8, 2010 show Erick Brown and Saundra Sullivan were both high and that 8 adults were seen in the darkened house
(6:30 P.M.) in the same room with children. Approximately 45 minutes later, Saundra Sullivan and Erick Brown traveled
to our home with Ezekiel and Arriyel in the car and total of 6 adults with baseball bats including DHS foster mom Diane Kearny
and our witnesses statemenst now reveal what I was not positioned to see in my witness statement: Ezekiel and Arriyel were driven to a flash mob scene of violence and left alone in a vehicle where anything could
have happened to them in the riotous conditions that were going on around them because of Erick Brown Saundra Sullivan and
Diane Kearney's flash mob attack on our family, block, property and neighborhood.
Do not respond
with the usual "call dhs hotline". Your DHS hotline is shown to be ineffective for getting timely help when
the welfare of children is really at stake. I am just documenting that Anne Marie Ambrose has been shown yet another
report with evidence of Child Abuse that even DHS infamous records mis-management cannot claim to be unfounded.
We are sending by certified mail to District Attorney R. Seth Williams' Willie Brownson's sworn notarized statement insisting
on his right to press criminal charges and not domestic relations charges against Erick Brown. Erick Brown is behaving
like a rabid animal having no respect for any court's orders, custody, domestic relations, restraining orders etc.
Saundra Sullivan tried to hit Lorraine Grinage with her vehicle a few month's ago and Lorraine Grinage's request for a restraining
order against Saundra Sullivan was treated like a joke by our Family Court.
We will bring copies of all the proofs
to the June 17th custody modification hearing and try to get them mailed by certified mail tomorrow in time for Masters
and Support Unit to review, which show the history of what Erick Brown and Saundra Sullivan have been able to get away with
defrauding Family Court, DHS, Child Support Enforcement, Orphans Court (Bigamy), Social Security Income (Welfare), and actually
bragging about beating on children, threatening to kill the kids when drunk one time, and a whole lot of other ignorance
that my grand children need to be rescued from.

consider looking into the conducts of your DHS foster contractor parents, namely Diane Kearney, who participate in flash

Diane Kearney has at least two foster children that I know
about, two small twin boys/burn abuse victims. Diane Kearney and her daughter Saundra Sullivan, Saundra Sullivan's son and
Saundra Sullivan's sister and some of Saundra Sullivan's adult daughter, Laquita's friends are witnessed to be manhandling,
hitting and inflicting verbal violence on Ezekiel and Arriyel. Our evidence of the "get high" gatherings where
as many of 10 to 12 people sit in the presence of Diane Kearney's foster children and my grand children is made available
to USDOJ and has been ignored by Anne Marie Ambrose/DHS on October 8, 2009, October 14, 2009, December 13, 2010 (18 page
email and 35 minute DHS Child Abuse Hotline recorded conversation), December 18, 2009, and March 10, 2009 to present.
Also reported to you, Anne Marie Ambrose, for the fifth time is Erick Brown's
and Saundra Sullivan's abuse of my grand children, Lorraine Grinage's children. We have gathered witness statements
of their attack on our family 06/08/2010 because they were angry that Family Court Judge Dougherty granted a Rule To Show
Cause hearing that will consider the facts in this custody case for possible modification. Consideration of
the facts in this custody and child welfare matter are likely to result in Ezekiel and Arriyel being returned to the only
home they ever knew until Erick Brown decided to move in with a woman he met while illegally repairing cars on the street
and knew less than 30 days all because our family insisted he stop binging on alcohol and drugs.

Ambrose, DHS is notified officially here again that our film taken and our witnesses when we lawfully served Judge Dougherty's
Order June 8, 2010 show Erick Brown and Saundra Sullivan were both high and that 8 adults were seen in the darkened house
(6:30 P.M.) in the same room with children. Approximately 45 minutes later, Saundra Sullivan and Erick Brown traveled
to our home with Ezekiel and Arriyel in the car and total of 6 adults with baseball bats including DHS foster mom Diane Kearny
and our witnesses statemenst now reveal what I was not positioned to see in my witness statement: Ezekiel and Arriyel were driven to a flash mob scene of violence and left alone in a vehicle where anything could
have happened to them in the riotous conditions that were going on around them because of Erick Brown Saundra Sullivan and
Diane Kearney's flash mob attack on our family, block, property and neighborhood.
Do not respond
with the usual "call dhs hotline". Your DHS hotline is shown to be ineffective for getting timely help when
the welfare of children is really at stake. I am just documenting that Anne Marie Ambrose has been shown yet another
report with evidence of Child Abuse that even DHS infamous records mis-management cannot claim to be unfounded.
We are sending by certified mail to District Attorney R. Seth Williams' Willie Brownson's sworn notarized statement insisting
on his right to press criminal charges and not domestic relations charges against Erick Brown. Erick Brown is behaving
like a rabid animal having no respect for any court's orders, custody, domestic relations, restraining orders etc.
Saundra Sullivan tried to hit Lorraine Grinage with her vehicle a few month's ago and Lorraine Grinage's request for a restraining
order against Saundra Sullivan was treated like a joke by our Family Court.
We will bring copies of all the proofs
to the June 17th custody modification hearing and try to get them mailed by certified mail tomorrow in time for Masters
and Support Unit to review, which show the history of what Erick Brown and Saundra Sullivan have been able to get away with
defrauding Family Court, DHS, Child Support Enforcement, Orphans Court (Bigamy), Social Security Income (Welfare), and actually
bragging about beating on children, threatening to kill the kids when drunk one time, and a whole lot of other ignorance
that my grand children need to be rescued from.
In the meantime, Anne Marie Ambrose, perhaps you'll
consider looking into the conducts of your DHS foster contractor parents, namely Diane Kearney, who participate in flash
mob assaults and child endangerment.

release was not processed until over 30 hours later when U.S. Marshal took Roxanne's call and called Judge Matthews' chambers
to ask what the problem was. Lorraine Grinage was illegally incarcerated without charges for over 35 hours after Judge
Robert Matthews lied in open court with U.S. Marshal present and imposed thirty days in county jail hovering enacted anytime
Judge Matthews says so county jail sentence for grandmother, Roxanne Grinage.

Respectfully, it is time for Senators Gubernatorial Candidates
decision makers to weigh-in with an official position as to whether they recognize a massive constituency who are victimized
by the very same Court and DHS "adjudications" officials and District Attorneys enforce criminal and civil penalization
to enforce.
Candidates, elected
officials and our decision makers can no longer smile politely and gloss over a Federal Funded Cash Cow City Agency which

Conference Pretends to Brainstorm Change In a Vacuum." So, the people who are to be impacted and consumed as billable

Time for Senators and Gubernatorial Candidates to Recognize DHS Crime Victim
Constituencies
Respectfully, it is
time for Senators Gubernatorial Candidates decision makers to weigh-in with an official position as to whether they recognize
a massive constituency who are victimized by the very same Court and DHS "adjudications" officials and District
Attorneys enforce criminal and civil penalization to enforce.
Candidates, elected officials and our decision makers can no longer smile politely and gloss over a Federal Funded
Cash Cow City Agency which violates our U.S., Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Constitutional, Religious and Moral Freedoms.
Make the Economy / Education Connection and "the right
thing to do" will become obvious.

only of Anne Marie Ambrose who will invite Agencies to discuss change." The topic of my Sunday May 2nd radio show "DHS
Disproportionality Conference Pretends to Brainstorm Change In a Vacuum." So, the people who are to be impacted and consumed
as billable fodder by the 'change" that comes out of DHS' two day Temple Hosted conference will not have the input of
any of the people the 'change' will effect. Our families, businesses and communities should not suffer criminal and
civil consequences for "adjudications" which deny due process.

News Monday May 3rd about a teen in foster care and city funding paying for an abortion. An illegal abortion in PA but not
in New Jersey. A social worker lost her job because she would not be part of this action. Now a foster mother having children
removed because she did not agree and spoke out. Is this in the best interest of a child? Is this how we protect children?
Is this what our tax dollars pays for....aborting an unborn baby boy? When did DHS become God? Why do they have the right
to say who lives and who dies? How many other abortions have been done? This is murder and they justify this action? This
is all done just for the sake of a job. When is this going to stop? Now they go after unborn babies. What is wrong with PA
and the residents that live here? Does anyone care about the effect this has on our next generation? We are losing our children
now to so many problems with DHS, gangs, drugs street violence and war. Please stand up for change. There is no respect for

Two Philadelphia-area politicians
want the city's Department of Human Services to answer some questions following allegations published this week in the Daily
News that a caseworker pressured a teen in foster care into having an abortion.
The day the story appeared, Concilio, the provider agency contracted with DHS, removed the teen and three other children
from the home of the foster mother, who spoke out about the case.
"Equally troubling is the notion that the DHS would engage in retaliatory behavior by removing the remaining
children in the foster parent's care because of her willingness to disclose unethical practices of the agency," state
Sen. LeAnna Washington wrote in a letter sent to DHS Commissioner Anne Marie Ambrose. Washington's district covers parts of
Philadelphia and Montgomery County.
Washington,
a Democrat, chairwoman of the Senate Aging & Youth Committee, said she plans to investigate the allegations, first published
Monday.
"I remained both troubled and concerned
that the allegations may prove accurate and of the possibility that an investigation may reveal a systemic practice by DHS
of forcing children into unwanted abortions," Washington wrote.
During a City Council meeting yesterday, Councilwoman Jannie L. Blackwell called for hearings before the Committee
on Public Health and Human Services to look into DHS' policies concerning adoption and foster care.
DHS spokeswoman Alicia Taylor declined to comment on the hearing or investigation.
"We need to talk about DHS," Blackwell said,
noting that constituents who visit her office with DHS stories tell her staffers that they feel "threatened" by
the agency. "This isn't the first time where people don't know what's happening [with the agency]. We would ask the parents
or people who heard of these cases to testify."
She said she expects the hearings to begin at the end of next week.
The teen's birth mother, Deborah M., said last night that she still hadn't been notified by DHS officials that her
daughter had been removed from her foster home.
DHS
policy, Taylor said, directs the agency to notify a birth parent "within one working day" of removal. A reporter
informed Deborah M. on Tuesday that her daughter had been removed.
She said she'd spoken with her daughter on Tuesday but still didn't have the details of her whereabouts.
